This subject property was a period conversion building split into eight studio flats with communal bathrooms and utility facilities. The works involved a complete refurbishment stripping out all existing fittings, kitchens, appliances and finishes and complete refurbishment was carried out throughout.
Quatrefoils provided CAD and Design Services for the whole project and obtained planning and building regulations consent and prepared a detailed tender package for contractors to price. We acted as contract administrator and obtained competitive prices from contractors and then oversaw the works on site. The project was delivered under budget and ahead of programme which gave the client an additional 4 weeks worth of rent for the building. The client was extremely happy with the end result and we are pleased to say that we have been appointed again for the next large refurbishment scheme.
