Very happy with the RICS Level 3 structural survey undertaken on a property I was looking to purchase. From my go ahead Jarard was in the property 4 days later and 4 days after that an extremely detailed 80 page report was sent to me. They can even provide costings to the work they feel needs to be done on a property. This is invaluable when trying to renegotiate the price. Hi Everyone
In just over a year since I met Jarard and Richard from quatafoils
I have nothing but admiration for these two guys
They are always on hand to give any advice and support whether it be on the other end of the phone or coming for a site visit
In other words nothing is a problem their knowledge is widespread even if something that doesn't come under their remit they still offer some form of solution
One of the things that I like about these guys is that they engage with the clients listening to their views and opinions which is so refreshing along with their honesty
Based on what I said and I could most certainly find more to say
