You may remember us posting when it was on site, we were appointed to carry out external repairs and improvements, including the replacement of windows, doors, lighting, and cladding. Extent of Works:
- External concrete repairs
- Replacement of external windows and doors (excluding ground level but including balcony doors to flats)
- Recovering of balcony coverings and associated works
- Replacement of external cladding and external fire safety improvements
- Replacement flat roof covering to front canopy by main entrance
- External spot repairs, external decorations and improvements
- Repairs and improvements to security fencing
- Improvements to cycle store
- Replacement and new external lighting
- External Doff cleaning to masonry and external building fabric, jet washing and cleaning to external surfaces
