Bungalow Extension in Ickenham

Here are some photos of what was an uninspiring 1950s bungalow extended and remodelled into a good sized family home, fitting for the plot size and harmonising with the surrounding properties.

The floor area has doubled achieving four double bedrooms all with en-suites making this a desirable property close to the centre of Ickenham.  Quatrefoils were appointed to design the build and dealt with planning, building regulations and party wall matters.

The client project managed the works directly with the builder and with Quatrefoils a phone call away to call upon at certain stages when solutions to certain details were needed to be found. This led to a quality development with care and attention to achieve the best use of spaces and create the basis of a beautiful home.
