Repair & Refurbishment at Ability View
This is a project where we were appointed to carry out repair and refurbishment work to the internal and external areas of a block of flats.
The existing property was very dated with dimly lit communal areas and a courtyard that was hardly used.
We revamped it all and made huge improvements but there were some challenges along the way. The project was carried out whilst occupants were still living there meaning that the sequence of work had to be carefully planned to ensure the safety of everyone, there were also very high ceiling that were difficult to work with.
In the end, the project finished above budget due to the client adding additional work to seal all of the floor tiles to common parts.
