Repairs and Refurbishment at Eagle House
At this apartment block in London, Quatrefoils were appointed to carry out Design, CDM Principal Designer and Contract Administration Services. Due to tightly managing the variations, we managed to complete this project £15k under budget which is a huge success!
The existing building had many dated features and dimly lit areas, some of the work carried out to improve the property includes the replacement of floor tiles throughout the common parts, and introducing new fire doors which was carried out by Shellen Security. We also designed and installed a bespoke letterbox system with mosaic surround as a nice feature.
