Shillington Old School Refurbishment
Here is an example of an apartment complex that we worked on, we were instructed to carry out internal refurbishments and make improvements to external areas. We had to work around occupants still living in the block meaning that we had to phase the works in a sequential way to maintain access routes for means of escape throughout the project. Nevertheless, the project was delivered on time and under budget!

External Areas:
- Works to existing flower beds to form new pedestrian entrance gate with door entry system (Entrotec and Multisteel)
- CCTV to entrance of car park and to the entrance doors throughout (Cloud View)
- New pedestrian gate adjacent to vehicle gate (Entrotec)
- Applying slip resistant surface to external stairs with contrasting nosing
Internal Areas:
- New door entry system and pigeon hole post system
- Upgrading of ironmongery and door furniture to some doors
- Repair works where necessary to enable decorations and chasing in existing surface mounted trunking
- Replacement of signage, fixings and fittings in common parts
- Replacement of light fittings and associated electrical works
- Replacement of floor coverings in all common parts
- Decorations of all common parts
